555 Elk Street was purchased by ShotClub Social Buffalo LLC (SCS) in August of 2023 from Elk Street Commerce Park, LLC. Peter Krog, president of The Krog Group, said, “We are proud that ShotClub Social has decided to partner with us to build this unique family entertainment destination in the heart of Buffalo.”
This partnership provides the majority of investment required to allow conversations with priority lenders and governmental agencies to continue. SCS’s CEO Doug Swift shared, “We’re very excited to work with The Krog Group as a development partner. They bring the expertise and experience to advance this one-of-a-kind project for all ages to Western New York.” ShotClub Social’s partners have a history of advancing innovative and challenging projects – in construction and real estate, family entertainment, and golf. They believe this concept will prove to be the most fun project they have conceived for Buffalo.
